These were the following construction projects which the group has completed since year 2001.

14 Sembawang Neighbourhood 4 Contract 9 447 residential units, 4 tower blocks, 1 block of single-storey carpark with one basement & roof deck (garden), 1 electrical substation, 1 precinct pavilion, 1 playground and other ancillary works. HDB March 2005
